School Notes

  • Founded in 1990, our school has helped hundreds of young people find independence and peace while learning respect for themselves, others, and their environment. All classrooms are guided by a Montessori credentialed teacher and facilitated by at least one assistant. Our rooms are mixed-age, which means children grow with the same teacher for up to three years. This enables teachers to gain a deeper understanding of the child and their needs, and also allows the child to feel the benefits of a long-term guide and support network. Our school has remained open and in-person throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, made possible by adhering to both local and CDC guidelines and standards. All staff is fully vaccinated and our school requires masks indoors for all people over the age of 2 years old. Our greatest priority is the safety and wellbeing of our young people.
