I began my 50-year teaching career in 1965 at Cranbrook(then Cranbrook School for Boys), staying for seven years; I was teaching German, Latin, and sometimes French and Spanish as well. I was the varsity soccer coach, and assistant to Ben Snyder in Track & Field; being from Austria the school thought I might be the right person to start a skiing program...well.... all I want to say is that these years at Cranbrook were the happiest of my career, with great, honest, energetic students. Stay the course Cranbrook!

I went to Cranbrook from pre-school all the way to 12th grade. It was a spectacular place at which to grow up. I still go back frequently to talk to the faculty and hope to one day send my own children there. The school itself is a work of art and the grounds are beautiful. I consider myself lucky to have gone to Cranbrook.

Cranbrook is an exceptional learning community with a gorgeous campus. The teachers are incredible and are highly qualified. My favorite thing about going to Cranbrook was creating lasting friendships with my classmates even though we will all be going our separate ways in a few weeks. The classes are difficult but the teachers always are looking for ways to help you out, and Cranbrook also offers a variety of courses to fit whatever you are interested in.
